The newly formed Hydrogen Office steering group met on site for the first time on 16th January with the aim of driving the project forward.
The role of the steering group is to provide advice and guidance to the Hydrogen Office management team on all aspects of the project; with a particular focus on how the project can best support local and national policy objectives, and support the emerging hydrogen and fuel cell sector in Scotland. Areas of expertise will be drawn on to provide advice on emerging developments in hydrogen technology.
The steering group will also help to develop a framework to monitor project performance in order to assess the project against objectives and to also look at future opportunities for the project.
