Reduce your Carbon Footprint and hold your event in the Hydrogen Office flexible events area. There are 3 adjoining rooms, seperated by removable partitions, which means that the size of the room can be altered according to your requirements.
Oxygen Room - 22.5m2Ideal for 10 board room or 16 theatre style. This room has a large wall for projecting onto, and hosts natural day light with blackout facilities. This room is lockable, and has wireless Internet Facilities. Prices start from £15 per hour.
Hydrogen Room - 21.5m2
Ideal for 10 board room or 16 theatre style. This room is more suited for meetings, and has natural day light with blackout facilities. Wireless internet is available, and the room can lock if desired. Prices start from £15 per hour
Water Room - 32m2
Ideal for 16 board room or 30 theatre style. This room hosts a large wall for projecting onto. There are natural day light and blackout facilities. Each room is lockable, and has wireless internet available. Prices start from £20 per hour.
Don't forget that all these rooms can be joined together to make one large space!
Catering
Coffee/tea and biscuits starts at £1 per serving. Prices for finger or fork buffets are available on request.
Equipment
Laptops and projectors are available to hire at £30/£60 each per half day/full day, and flipcharts with recycled paper are available at £10 per pad. A small amount of black and white photocopying can also be accommodated at £0.05 per sheet. Bookings
